What if I am not satisfied with the product?
We think that you will find OxiClean Pro products to be extremely
effective and safe cleaners. However, if for any reason, at any time, you are
not completely happy with any purchase, let us know. We'll make it right or refund
the purchase price of the product.
Are OxiClean Pro products tested
on animals?
No. OxiClean Pro's parent company, Orange Glo International,
does not test its products on animals.
Is OxiClean Pro safe for the
environment?
OxiClean Pro contains no toxic chemicals, cleaning solvent,
or harmful abrasives. When it is through with a job, it breaks down into water,
oxygen and soda ash. OxiClean Pro is made from natural ingredients. It mixes with
ordinary water and uses the tremendous cleaning power of oxygen to remove stains.
This means it is safer than other cleaning products. There are no toxic fumes.
OxiClean will do no harm to our lakes and streams. It is not to be ingested.
Can
I store OxiClean Pro in a sealed container once I have diluted it with water?
OxiClean Pro solution cleans with the power of oxygen, which is released
as it works. After mixing, always keep the mixed OxiClean Pro solution in an open
container. Sealed containers will leak or burst. Discard extra solution in drain
or toilet after use. OxiClean Pro powder (unmixed crystals) should be kept sealed
in a dry location.
How long will OxiClean Pro continue working after
I mix it with water?
The cleaning strength of OxiClean Pro will remain
active for approximately 6 hours after mixing. Use hot water to mix.
What
does OxiClean Pro work best on?
OxiClean Pro works wonders on organic
stains like wine, food, blood, pet messes and more.
Can I use OxiClean
Pro on wood?
Only use OxiClean Pro on unfinished wood, including wood
decks. Do not use on finished wood.
Can I use OxiClean Pro on wool,
silk or leather?
OxiClean Pro is not recommended on wool, silk or
leather. It is not acceptable on these items because of the high pH of OxiClean
Pro solution (10.5 - 10.8). OxiClean Pro is not for any item that is not water
washable.
How does Orange Glo Pro restore wood finishes?
Orange Glo Pro is made with pure orange oil that acts as a solvent to cut through
grease and grime. As it works, it is actually absorbed into the finished wood
surface to replace lost oils.
Do I need to dilute Orange Glo Pro to
use it?
Not at all … Orange Glo Pro comes ready-to-use.
How
do I best use Orange Glo Pro to renew finished wood surfaces?
Apply
Orange Glo Pro evenly to your finished wood surface. Be careful not to use too
much. Let stand for 30 seconds then wipe off the excess with a soft, dry cloth.
Re-apply after several hours to give a deeper finish.
Can I use Orange
Glo Pro on my wood floors?
Orange Glo Pro Wood Cleaner & Polish is
not recommended for use on floors because it may make them slippery.
What
does Orange Clean Pro work best on?
Orange Clean Pro is great for removing grease, grime and dirt
in seconds. It works wonders on a wide array of surfaces including
fiberglass, ceramic, metal and stainless steel.
